Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Your Right to Cancel (New & Unworn Items)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • All original packaging, tags, protective stickers, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not have been resized, adjusted, or worn

Once approved, you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.


2. Vintage & Pre-Owned Watches

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items:

  • All vintage/pre-owned watches are sold as seen and described

  • Cosmetic wear, patina, and signs of age are not considered faults

  • Timekeeping tolerances may vary from modern manufacturer standards

You may still return a vintage or pre-owned watch within 14 days only if:

  • The item is not as described, or

  • It has a mechanical fault not stated in the listing

We strongly recommend reviewing all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Watches that have been worn, resized, scratched, or damaged

  • Items with removed protective stickers or tags

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is faulty or not as described

Do not return any items without written approval.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service

  • Calibre Collective Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A full or partial refund

This does not affect your statutory rights.
